Residents of Vermont are ineligible to open a Card Account. Use of Card Account also subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice. Restrictions include: no ATM withdrawals, international transactions, account-to-account transfers and additional loads.

Steam's cash vouchers, also known as The Steam Wallet, are now sold at GameStop, according to photographs sent to Polygon showing Steam Wallet displays and the vouchers themselves in the game retailer.
